HMP Pentonville is a male prison that ha a capacity for 1200 inmates, it is a remand prison for inmates awaiting trial. Well situated in London and is 10 minutes from Kings Cross station. Has free parking.

Hours

Monday - Friday 0730 - 1500.

Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £51,000per annum FTE - depending on experience

Main duties of the job

This role will lead our Planned Care Team who are a bespoke multidisciplinary team delivering routine planned, follow up and recovery care for patients.

Continue the care of men within the prison, taking over from the Early Days in Custody team after the first 10 days of a patients journey. The aim of the Planned Care Team is to provide the long term treatment and support for the men in our care. The post holder will lead a team which will help a patient manage their heath. Developing innovative ways to encourage this large patient group to manage their conditions and support their recovery. Work with the Head of Healthcare and Deputy Head of Healthcare to develop processes and methods to treat, inform and guide the patient group through their treatment, recovery and long term goals. Your team will be made up of dedicated; public health, mental health, primary care and substance misuse practitioners.
