OBJECTIF GÉNÉRAL
Le titulaire est responsable de veiller à ce que les employés travaillent à satisfaire les clients en s’assurant que les envois sont livrés à temps et sans dommages, dans le respect des politiques et procédures de l’entreprise et de la réglementation applicable.

RESPONSABILITES ET FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES
•    Favoriser un environnement de travail sécuritaire
•    Travailler avec les intervenants concernés à l’interne.
•    Fournir une orientation générale et son soutien aux intervenants à l’interne, notamment en ce qui a trait à la sélection, au perfectionnement, à l’attribution des tâches quotidiennes, à la gestion du rendement, au mentorat, à la formation polyvalente et à d’autres activités de supervision.
•    Planifier et communiquer les chargements quotidiens pour s'assurer que le fret est livré à temps et sans dommages. 
•    Communiquer avec les entrepreneurs/chauffeurs et les directeurs de compte afin de veiller à ce que les besoins des clients et de l'entreprise sont satisfaits. 
•    Planifier les horaires de travail quotidiens afin que le fret des clients soit ramassé et livré dans les délais et sans dommages. 
•    Communiquer avec la répartition de divers centres de service et avec les manutentionnaires pour coordonner le mouvement des remorques et du fret. 
•    Communiquer avec d’autres départements de FXF au besoin.
•    Coordonner la répartition des chargements entrantes, sortantes et du centre de tri pour se conformer aux heures de tombée.  
•    Surveiller et s'assurer que les envois avec garantie de remboursement sont livrés à temps.
•    Répartir les livraisons et les ramassages pour s'assurer qu'ils sont terminés à temps. 
•    Communiquer avec les centres de service tout au long du processus de transport pour s'assurer que le fret reste dans le cycle. 
•    Surveiller et analyser les occasions de réduire les coûts et d’améliorer l’efficacité. 
•    S’acquitter de tâches administratives telles que l'impression de reçus, la facturation des envois de fret sur manifeste, le suivi des envois, etc.  
•    Produire des rapports sur l'activité de transport de ligne, y compris le pourcentage en cube des remorques, le poids des remorques, les délais, etc.  
•    Analyser les données réelles sur le rendement et faire rapport. 
•    Identifier le fret dont le poids et la classification sont incorrects. 
•    S’assurer que les exceptions concernant les surplus, manquants et dommages sont clairement identifiées et traitées adéquatement.  
•    Aider d’autres intervenants à l’interne, selon les besoins. 
•    Diriger quotidiennement les réunions d’avant-quart avec les équipes sous sa responsabilité. 
•    Mettre en œuvre les politiques de l'entreprise.
•    Se conformer à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements applicables, de même qu’aux politiques et aux procédures de l’entreprise. 
•    Effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin.

CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET HABILETÉS REQUISES 
•    Diplôme d'études post-secondaires ou deux (2) ans d’expérience de travail dans un domaine directement relié.
•    Bilinguisme (anglais/français), un atout; requis au Québec. 
•    Trois (3) ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du transport, le travail au quai ou en entrepôt. 
•    Expérience en leadership.
•    Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie des chargements partiels (LTL), ainsi que des règles et des règlements du DOT. 
•    Capacités à exécuter ou à apprendre les tâches d’un manutentionnaire de fret.
•    Certificat de cariste (conducteur de chariot élévateur à fourche) valide.
•    Connaissance de la planification des chargements et de la répartition des envois.
•    Excellentes capacités en communications interpersonnelles et fortes capacités d’accompagnement, de persuasion, de collaboration et de partenariat avec tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
•    Capacités professionnelles en communications orales et écrites et en compréhension de l’écrit.
•    Fortes capacités organisationnelles, en gestion du temps, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, et excellente attention aux détails.
•    Bonnes aptitudes en gestion des priorités conflictuelles et changeantes.
•    Connaissance intermédiaire de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint et Outlook).
•    Capacité/volonté d’apprendre de nouvelles applications ou de nouveaux logiciels, systèmes et équipements au besoin.
•    Motivé à apprendre de nouvelles compétences.
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
L’horaire de travail peut varier en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation à l’environnement de travail.
Environnement de quai; exposition à des conditions météorologiques variées, aux gaz d’échappement, aux émanations, à la poussière et au bruit.
