Responsibilities

Develop QA strategies and standards based on projects across teams Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plans Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing Present test results and communicate test progress to QA Manager Participate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release scope and roadblocks Identify opportunities and implement appropriate best practices Ensure QA activities are completed and signed off in the expected time frame prior to release deployments Install and deploy builds in test environments Meet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are delivered Execute functional and regression tests manually and through automation Contribute and support in the development of automated test scripts and execute for different releases

Skills and Experience

At least 5 years experience in software quality assurance At least 1 year experience in test automation Experience in the following: Manual and automated testing of desktop, web, and APIWeb service and API testing, including the interactions with SOAP and/or REST service endpoints through swagger or postman Ability to identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or Jira Possess knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL Experience working in an agile development environment
