Job Description

• Provide all aspects of quality processes supporting client Vancouver's office while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. 

• You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. 

• Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance in accordance with client global procedures and ISO 9001. 

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal built in quality audits

• Analyze and maintain data PPM, COPQ and FPY

• Update and report metrics externally

• Lead and develop vendor quality partnerships

• Lead process improvements

• Drive corrective and preventative actions

• Revise specs and procedures

• Process and compliance support

• Assist and train personnel

• Create and manage quality documentation

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field

• Demonstrated experience with both electronic and mechanical end products and subcomponents

WE VALUE

• Knowledge of root cause analysis, 5 why and 8D reporting

• Proficient in SAP QA module

• Experience in audits and analytical testing

• Leadership skills and ability to influence others

• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Proficient use in Microsoft Office software platform

• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Knowledge of industrial/electronics manufacturing processes
