Asa Nurse Practitioner (NP) you will play a vital role in providinghighquality healthcare services to patients across diversesettings. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessmentsdiagnosing and treating health conditions and developingcomprehensive care plans to ensure optimal patientoutcomes.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Performthorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluatepatient needs andconditions.
- Diagnoseand manage acute and chronic illnesses developing treatment plansthat include medication management and lifestylerecommendations.
- Collaboratewith healthcare teams including physicians and specialists toensure cohesive patient care andfollowup.
- Educatepatients and their families on health management treatment optionsand preventive care strategies to promotewellness.
- Maintainaccurate and timely records of patient encounters treatment plansand outcomes in electronic health records(EHR).
- Stayinformed about the latest advancements in healthcare practices andcontribute to quality improvement initiatives within theorganization.
- Serveas a patient advocate providing support and guidance throughout thehealthcare process while respecting patient autonomy andconfidentiality.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accreditedprogram.
- Validstate NP license and current CPRcertification.
- Previousexperience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred; specialized trainingin areas such as family practice pediatrics or geriatrics is aplus.
- Strongclinical skills critical thinking abilities and excellentinterpersonal communicationskills.
- Demonstratedability to provide compassionate patientcentered care whileensuringconfidentiality.
