Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Planner for our AtkinsRéalis Canada division, with experience in the engineering sector to lead mandates and projects related to electricity and renewable energy. The project office is located in Montréal and occasional site visits are required. Overview The role involves leading mandates and projects related to electricity and renewable energy, with the project office located in Montréal and occasional site visits required. Your Role Support project management and clients in developing capital project schedules throughout the various phases of the project: preliminary, design, and execution. Assist cost and planning experts in preparing proposals for various types of contracts. Produce periodic reports on progress, earned value and key performance indicators, and recommend corrective actions under management supervision. Develop, maintain and update project budgets, record and analyze actual costs and produce rigorous cost forecasts. About You Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field (OIQ registration preferred). 15 years of experience in planning across all phases of the project life cycle, from feasibility to execution. In‑depth knowledge of P6 and other planning and project control tools, software and systems (MS Project, Tilos, Ecosys, Aconex, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and interest in expanded responsibilities for continuous development. Knowledge of AACEI recommended practices and related documents. Excellent communication and writing skills, fluency in English and French. * This position requires knowledge of English, as the work produced is intended for audiences located elsewhere in Canada, internationally, or in other regions of the world.
