Job Title: Supervisor DriverLocation: Regina, SKShift: Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pmYearly Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 (based on experience and qualifications)   What’s the Job? · Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the warehouse, maintaining effective communication with all departments as required. · Ensure full route coverage to achieve 100% daily delivery completion . · Assist with the unloading and loading of trailers as operational needs require. · Support the sorting of shipments by route upon trailer arrival. · Balance route volumes prior to departure to ensure feasibility, efficiency, and on-time delivery. · Supervise, coach, and support drivers at all levels to ensure service standards align with Client expectations. · Manage pharmaceutical logistics equipment and trailers using operational and performance reports. · Perform deliveries as required, operating a 20’ refrigerated truck with tail lift , holding responsibility for a predetermined route that may be adjusted based on operational needs. · Monitor and follow up daily on temperature-control compliance across all assigned routes, ensuring prompt corrective action when deviations occur. · Ensure daily compliance with proof of delivery (POD) requirements and scanning procedures. · Proactively manage emails and ensure timely responses to operational and service-related inquiries. What’s Needed? · Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clear driving history  (mandatory). · Minimum age of 25 years (required for truck insurability). · Experience as a delivery driver or parcel courier , preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment. · Strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics and compliance expectations (asset). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). · Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more . · Previous experience in personnel supervision or team leadership (asset). · Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts (asset). · Oral and written communication skills in French (asset). · Geographic knowledge of Regina  (asset).
