Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 830am - 530pm Job Description Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from suppliers Ensure all finished products to be exported meet the specifications required and complies with industry standards Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in quality control procedures Maintain inventory update of stocks and materials Document inspection outcomes by ensuring all completed detailed reports submitted to management are accurate Ensure the team completes the assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved Import & export logistics arrangement, and third party logistics for local delivery. Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed. Qualifications & Key Traits Polytechnic Diploma Min 2 years experience in quality assurance management within the manufacturing industry In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with regulatory/ safety compliance and quality audits Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
