**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting the Director, Inventory Management, the incumbent will be responsible for business process control for stores across Canada. He/she will have to ensure the integrity of the quantity data in the various systems, in addition to ensuring the smooth running of all the statements in the chain (stores and distribution center).
- Ensure the integrity of quantities at the warehouse level in the ERP system;
- Ensure the follow-up of the business processes in the stores while providing them with the necessary support and service;
- Ensure the smooth running of the planning, management, coordination, file processing, validity, process monitoring for all annual or cyclical inventory counts in the chain as well as manage the relationships and processes with our external auditors during audits;
- Conduct various analyses to explain and justify discrepancies between different systems;
- Implement a cyclical billing program throughout the chain, both at the store level and at the distribution center;
- Develop and/or optimize inventory count processes and procedures to improve operations and provide solutions to issues incurred by working closely with the Inventory Processes team. Be constantly looking for improvements and propose innovative ideas to solve inventory discrepancies related to certain products, categories or suppliers;
- Act as a resource person for other departments regarding store inventory and store business processes as well as with external auditors;
- Recruit, coach, train, evaluate, guide and motivate staff;
- Work closely with the internal inventory team and other teams in the company
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 years' professional experience as an Inventory Control Manager;
- Relevant retail experience;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management or related field;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written (The Manager will have to support stores across Canada and the US);
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel intermediate/advanced level);
- Sense of innovation and keen interest in technological solutions;
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a constantly evolving environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Dynamic and flexible.
