Core Java - Write very clean and very high performance Java code. Spring Boot. Independent thinker. Good integration testing / data structures. Kafka or Mongo. Kubernetes, containers, CI/DI exp are plus. Low latency an advantage. Qualifications: 8-12 years of hands‑on experience in Java backend development. Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring Boot. Able to implement high throughput, low‑latency, extremely reliable frameworks. Deep understanding of Java technology such as garbage collection internal, dependency injection, annotation, threading model, and synchronization primitives. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience with message brokers such as Kafka. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
