Our challenge Our client is seeking a Full Stack Javascript Developers to join their team on digital transformation projects aimed at improving service delivery and user experience. These developers will work within cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support program review and service modernization. Responsibilities: Contribute to research activities, including field interviews and technical discovery, producing diagrams and documentation. Design and develop technical solutions based on shared understanding from discovery, addressing functional and non-functional requirements. Complete feature development for exemplar projects aligned with product owner needs and enhancing user experience. Identify and resolve defects, improving code quality, tooling, and documentation for maintainability. Collaborate with frontend designers to ensure solutions match visual and usability standards. Advise product owners on technical options to facilitate frequent, reliable deliveries. Support solution deployment and go-live efforts for both limited and full release. Contribute to reusable components and capabilities to foster a modular, scalable system environment. Onboard new team members, maintain technical documentation, and continuously improve development and quality practices.
