Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of Java Fullstack projects. Drive the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Node JS. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project alignment with business goals. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and implement best practices for software development. Stay updated on industry trends, recommend technology solutions, and contribute to technical documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology. Proven track record of at least 6 years in Java application development. Strong expertise with Spring Boot development for a minimum of 3 years. Technical Skills & Experience Proficiency in Java programming, including multi-tier application design and development. Experience with React JS or Angular frameworks for front-end development. In-depth knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous exposure to the Healthcare Industry, understanding regulatory requirements and best practices. Experience working in a Global delivery environment, managing remote teams and clients.
