We are currently recruiting for a Superintendent to work for an established Canadian owned General Contractor from Ontario that are expanding their presence across Western Canada, including here in the Vancouver region. The company has been in operation for over 40 years and has an excellent reputation. Work is undertaken in various sectors including commercial, residential and institutional with projects ranging in value from $10 - $100m. The company is looking for a Superintendent to work on a large, new build long term care home project located in Surrey, BC. We are looking to identify someone with 10+ years’ Superintendent experience. Ideally you will be a confident communicator with strong technical knowledge, a good work ethic, as well as a track record of successfully completed projects. We are open to considering people that have institutional, commercial or multifamily project experience in the $40m+ range. You must have an honest demeanor, have strong sequencing and scheduling of trades skills and a keen eye for quality management. In exchange for your hard work and commitment you will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000, company vehicle (or allowance), bonus and benefits scheme.
