As a content specialist, you'll handle various tasks, including analyzing customer feedback to select topics, researching SEO-friendly keywords, and crafting engaging content that captivates readers. You'll have the opportunity to shape our content strategy and make a significant impact on our audience.


Job Responsibilities


You'll play a pivotal role in our mission to help people everywhere manage their time off better. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Simplifying complex HR and time-off tracking topics into easy-to-understand content.
  • Writing clear and engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media, and more.
  • Helping us map out high-intent keywords on which we’ll be basing our content strategy
  • Applying various on-page SEO strategies to improve Vacation Tracker's search engine rankings.
  • Ensuring that the brand’s messaging is clear and consistent, with the company’s target audience in mind.
  • Handling customer updates, including newsletters, changelogs, and more.
  • Working with Marketing, Sales, and Support to align our content goals.
  • Monitoring and adjusting our content strategy based on performance metrics.


We are looking for someone who has:


  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • A background with over 2 years in copywriting, preferably for B2B SaaS companies.
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, always ready to suggest ways to improve our work.
  • Experienced with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SERanking
  • The skill to creatively and clearly explain complex ideas.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and resourceful.


Bonus Skills


These skills are not required, but having them is a plus:


  • Previous experience with B2B products
  • Previous experience working in a startup or in the SaaS industry
  • Bilingual in French and English


What We Offer:


As a fully-remote company with team members working from 3 different countries, we offer a flexible, completely remote role with occasional local team meetups.


We wouldn’t be a leave tracking company if we didn’t offer stellar leave policies and perks – which is why we offer 20 days of PTO and an additional day off for your birthday each year


The salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $80,000 depending on your experience. We also offer employees milestone salary increases based on company-wide performance.
