This role leads a small team of analysts, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen data retention and disposition (DRD) practices in alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. The analyst will deliver insights, assess risks, support remediation activities, and ensure data assets are documented, catalogued, and managed appropriately. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a small team of analysts. Deliver reporting and insights on team progress and operational efforts. Identify, elevate, and document project risks, issues, and data risks. Support management and capacity assessments of work in progress. Potentially lead independent workstreams. Provide data management and governance support. Participate in DRD remediation activities and compliance reviews. Ensure data practices align with enterprise data policies, standards, and guidelines. Perform data analysis and support documentation of DRD requirements. Support creation of Data Management and DRD procedures. Assist with identification, inventory, and cataloguing of data assets. Execute DRD and evidencing processes manually where required. Build strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders. Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and provide operational support as needed. Required Experience Undergraduate degree. 7+ years of overall experience. Experience in governance, project delivery, and risk identification. Data analytics and Excel reporting (including manual steps).
