The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, industry familiarity, and a proactive approach to client success. Responsibilities Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities to expand account value through cross‑selling and upselling initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
