Who We're Looking For OwnersBox is searching for a driven and results-oriented Junior Business Development Manager with a passion for brand activation and advertising sales, to expand our reach through strategic thinking and innovative approaches. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional people skills and a knack for building strong relationships. Experience or a strong interest in the Paid Fantasy Sports / SportsBook / iGaming vertical is a major plus. Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients for brand activation and advertising opportunities within the OwnersBox platform. Cultivate strong relationships by re-engaging potential clients and deepening connections with existing and new advertising partners. Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures to maximize program effectiveness and revenue generation. Maintain direct communication with clients, recommend new campaigns, provide performance feedback, and foster collaborative growth. Monitor campaign activity, analyze performance, and identify areas of improvement to optimize results and drive success. Present reports on key program metrics such as the number of advertising partners recruited, conversion rates, and revenue generated per initiative. Requirements Proven sales background with a strong track record of achieving targets. Minimum of two years of experience in a sales or business development role with a solid understanding of advertising and brand activation. Experience with operating platforms and CRM tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective one-on-one, group, and team interactions. Strong people skills with an ability to build rapport and establish trust. Excellent listening, observation, and learning skills to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of the sports industry, including knowledge of major sports leagues, teams, and fan engagement. Purpose and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with numbers and data analysis. BA/BS Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred. Highly energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms. Significant impact in a small, fast-growing company. Press Manager Compensation Position Description The Press Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This includes managing a team of print press operators and production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting, using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the print production floor. Ensure safety and efficiency of all production processes. Lead, coach, and develop a team of print press operators and production personnel. Implement operational policies and procedures to meet company standards and objectives. Coordinate with other departmental managers to optimize productivity and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to prevent delays. Continuously monitor and report on production performance and progress. Experience 10+ years of experience within a print environment is required. 5+ years of experience within a press supervisor or manager role is required. Qualifications Experience working with print press operators and print production personnel. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on coaching and development. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
