2026 CFO, Summer Treasury Liquid Asset Portfolio Support (4 Months) Join to apply for the 2026 CFO, Summer Treasury Liquid Asset Portfolio Support (4 Months) role at RBC. What will you do? Develop and maintain internal portfolio performance reporting dashboards and metrics. Own end‑of‑day processing and closing for the desk, including ticketing support, reconciliations, limit monitoring and reporting. Work with Product Control and Performance Management to develop accurate and complete portfolio performance reporting relative to the benchmark. Complete market research to identify short‑term and long‑term trends with a focus on rates, HQLA spreads, and broader macro‑economic factors. Assist with fundamental analysis on HQLA L1, L2A and L2B issuers to identify investment opportunities and opine on relative value and pricing. Coordinate with Risk Teams to ensure sufficient limits, including single‑name exposure, counterparty credit, key‑rate duration, etc. Work with Accounting Groups to ensure appropriate hedge accounting structures and controls that protect the timing recognition of bank earnings. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have: University degree with a background in commerce – Finance or Accounting preferred. Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in capital markets. High degree of attention to detail. Nice‑to‑have: IFRS and US GAAP accounting knowledge. Familiarity with Volcker, Reg W and broader bank compliance. Experience in performance management and management accounting. Eligibility Requirements Must be returning to school after the work term end‑date, or Must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully (if graduating immediately after the term).
