Coaches Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile mindset and practices. Creates an environment of openness, trust, and learning where teams feel empowered to experiment, reflect, and evolve. Helps teams identify and remove barriers to progress, enabling focus, flow, and confidence. Leads workshops, coaching sessions, and hands‑on learning experiences. Partners closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and meaningful use of metrics. Collaborates with leaders to design and evolve operating models that enable agility at scale, foster collaboration, and help FGF grow smarter and stronger together. Core Competencies Training – Enables leaders and teams to build capabilities. Facilitation – Leads effective discussions, workshops, and Agile ceremonies. Coaching – Guides individuals and teams in self‑discovery and continuous learning. Systems Thinking – Recognizes interaction of teams, processes, and systems. Confidence – Builds trust and motivation within teams. Transformation – Supports leaders and teams through change, embedding adaptability. Skills Clear and empathetic communication. Emotional intelligence and active listening. Critical thinking and structured problem solving. Conflict management and resolution. Change management and change leadership (Lean or Agile). Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks and practices. Required Experience 5+ years of progressive experience in Agile delivery roles, with at least 2 years as a dedicated Agile Coach. Demonstrated experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments. Success designing and implementing operating models and frameworks that scale Agile. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model. Coaching and mentoring senior leadership, product management, and delivery teams. Strong facilitation and workshop design skills. Familiarity with metrics and measurement techniques to assess Agile maturity. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP‑ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PSM II/III, etc. are considered an asset.
