The Director is responsible for managing an assigned book of business within our Real Estate Industry Group. This role ensures the highest standards of client service, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your Role at PLATFORM Main strategic point of contact for an assigned book of business Provide oversight to Account Associates around daily tasks Set strategy on program structure and renewal marketing exercise if applicable Participate in various strategy meetings as set out in our standard operating procedures (pre‑renewal meeting, stewardship meetings, growth meetings etc.) Cross‑sell other segments of our business with existing book of business Act as a liaison between clients and various other resources in the business (i.e. claims, captives etc.) Conduct client‑facing and market‑facing presentations as required Work with broader real estate team on complex coverage placements outside of assigned book of business Education, Experience & Qualifications RIBO Level 1 License Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred Experience in Insurance and/or the real estate /complex risk sector Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skills Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at PLATFORM by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
