This role ensures the highest standards of client service, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Your Role at PLATFORMMain strategic point of contact for an assigned book of businessProvide oversight to Account Associates around daily tasksSet strategy on program structure and renewal marketing exercise if applicableParticipate in various strategy meetings as set out in our standard operating procedures (pre‑renewal meeting, stewardship meetings, growth meetings etc.)Cross‑sell other segments of our business with existing book of businessAct as a liaison between clients and various other resources in the business (i.e. claims, captives etc.)Conduct client‑facing and market‑facing presentations as requiredWork with broader real estate team on complex coverage placements outside of assigned book of businessEducation, Experience & QualificationsRIBO Level 1 LicenseKnowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferredExperience in Insurance and/or the real estate /complex risk sectorProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skillsPossess excellent organizational skills and attention to detailSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and ManagementReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at PLATFORM by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
