Join our Talent Community of Production Manager for Milling & Shaping today and be part of our future Key Responsibilities Process Management: Oversee milling and shaping equipment operations and maintenance to ensure consistent performance. Safety Leadership: Enforce strict safety protocols for high-energy milling operations, fostering a strong safety culture. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and PPAP documentation for shaped materials. Team Leadership: Lead and develop operators and process engineers, providing guidance and support for milling and shaping activities. Process Optimization: Troubleshoot process issues and optimize throughput to achieve production targets. Commissioning Support: Actively participate in commissioning and ramp-up of milling and shaping lines. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management within industrial or chemical processing environments. Strong technical knowledge of synthetic graphite manufacturing processes and thermal treatment technologies. Proven track record in plant commissioning and ramp-up activities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
