The Opportunity Our client is looking for a motivated AGM who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations alongside the GM to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff while fostering a positive, collaborative environment and providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce SOPs, monitor daily operations for improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, address concerns promptly, and develop strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Financial Management: Manage and optimize budgets, monitor inventory and labour costs, analyze financial reports, and implement actions to improve profitability. Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers while meeting revenue targets. Quality Control: Maintain consistent food, beverage, and service standards through collaboration with kitchen staff and regular inspections. Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders and prepare reports on KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics. Required Knowledge & Experience Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the full service restaurant industry (preferably premium casual space) Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including recruiting, training, and performance management. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, service standards, and health & safety compliance. Familiarity with inventory control, labour cost management, and operational efficiency strategies.
