Director, Global ICOFR - ITGC Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Corporate Financial Reporting – Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), the Director supports and enhances the Company’s global ICOFR program. Responsibilities Provide monitoring and advisory support to operating segments, IT risk and compliance teams, and business units on the scoping, improvement, and greenlighting of IT general controls. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment, audit readiness, and resolution of IT findings. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Prepare global ITGC updates, assessment results, and potential gaps for senior management, the audit committee, and other stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members, developing future leaders. Qualifications Progressive experience in IT risk and controls of at least 5 years. CPA or other relevant designation (e.g., CISA) is a strong asset. Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, including COSO, COBIT, NIST, and other IT frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across business functions and segments. Project management experience is a strong asset. Experience with insurance and financial institutions is a strong asset. Experience with SOC1, SOC2, and ISO certifications is an asset. Experience with coaching and leading a team. Location Toronto London Winnipeg Compensation Base salary: $128,200 - $178,200 annually (base salary only; does not include bonus, commission, or other variable components).
