Job Description Senior-level NetSuite consultant with experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry, who wants to grow in a fast-paced, client‑focused environment. The NetSuite ACS team is looking for someone to architect and deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex engagements, lead solution design, coach team members, consult with customer management, and participate in business development activities. Responsibilities Participate in the identification and documentation of customers’ NetSuite value gaps using the proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Drive the approach to remediate gaps and reach consensus with the customer. Work with customers to remediate highest priority gaps. Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components. Provide strategic guidance to optimize business processes. Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations. Collaborate with the Technical Services (TS) team to design, unit test, and quality‑review deliverables. Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Learn and integrate new AI technologies, provide AI‑driven tools and methodologies to customers. Collaborate with other ACS teams (TS, POS, eCommerce, OpenAir, Platform Technical Services, Support). Follow essential internal business processes to delight customers. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in NetSuite’s core vertical markets (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Retail). Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce, Warehouse and fulfillment. Proven business process consulting experience with a track record of analyzing, optimizing, and recommending improvements. 2+ years of external consulting experience with sustained C‑suite interactions. Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Custom development analysis, design, and testing skills. Strong communication skills and passion for driving customer satisfaction. Project and/or team leadership experience. Finance and/or Accounting background is a plus. NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications are a plus. Ability to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmap. Benefits and Compensation Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. CA: Hiring Range in CAD from $90,300 – $140,300 per year. US: Hiring Range in USD from $87,000 – $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
