Oracle Cloud HCM Talent and Learning Principal Consultant Join to apply for the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent and Learning Principal Consultant role at Argano. JOB SUMMARY A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for managing mid to large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations, and serve as indirect mentors. Their goal is to help clients optimize technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Align client’s existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs. Apply functional knowledge and expertise, working collaboratively with technical consulting team, in implementing business‑aligned Oracle Cloud solutions. Lead clients in workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery. Identify requirement and design gaps and develop solutions to align with overall solution delivery. Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements, design and document application set‑up. Advise clients on options, risks and impacts on other processes and/or systems. Manage module track of project – scope, client expectations, risks, and project team through the lifecycle. Lead and support clients with execution of test scripts. Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design. Be a leader with vision in the Oracle Cloud space, delivering innovative solutions around the product. Mentor associate and senior consultants. Education Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and common challenges. Module‑specific experience in Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career Development, Succession Planning, Talent Review) or Learning; prior industry and consulting experience with competing product sets considered. Minimum of four full life‑cycle hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in the consultant’s module of expertise. Oracle certified in the module of expertise. Proven track record of building long‑lasting client relationships. Ability to understand client data movement to external systems and advise on impacts. Effective communication at senior client levels, seeing both the big picture and details. Strong planning, prioritization, quality commitment and timely project delivery. Strong intra‑ and interpersonal skills; works autonomously and in a team. Self‑motivated, continuous learning, staying current on Oracle Cloud trends. Willingness to share skills and expertise with others. Willingness to travel as necessary.
