About the Role
As the Processing Manager at Growing Globe Immigration, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire application filing process. This includes managing a team of processing officers who will coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation, provide timely updates, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless filing experience. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing performance management systems to monitor and hold the processing team accountable, leveraging your expertise in the Canadian immigration process and its various programs and pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of processing officers to oversee the end-to-end application filing process, from client onboarding to final submission
- Coordinate processes that ensure all required information and documentation is gathered from the clients in a timely manner
- Develop systems to provide regular updates to clients on the status of their applications
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and efficient filing process
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track and improve the productivity of the processing team
- Maintain and optimize the company's CRM system to streamline the filing workflow
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve the efficiency and consistency of the filing process
- Continuously review and refine SOPs to identify areas for improvement and streamlining
- Train and mentor the processing team members to ensure they are proficient in the filing process and can provide high-quality service to clients
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, the sales team, and the processing team
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors in the filing process
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience of the Canadian immigration process, including various programs and pathways, to provide guidance and support to the team
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the immigration or professional services industry
- Thorough understanding of the Canadian immigration process, including documentation requirements and filing procedures across various programs and pathways
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective performance management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using CRM and other relevant software tools to streamline workflows
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of processing officers to deliver high-quality work
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to improve their skills and productivity
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
