Our client, a manufacturing company in Ontario is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join their team and manage the GTA region.


What you will do in this role:

  • Meet or exceed sales target & assigned KPI’s.
  • Schedule and execute in office educational seminars – In-person and virtual.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
  • Make in-person visits, telephone calls and educational seminars to prospective customers as required.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate in the CRM and that it is updated daily with all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Analyzes the territory's potential and determines the value of new and existing customers value to the organization.
  • Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Comply with ISO 9001 specifications and GMP regulations.
  • Will follow the responsibilities as outlined in the Ontario Health and Safety Act
  • Attending and selling at trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.


What you will bring to the role:

  • College or University degree
  • Strong communications skills (writing, reading, and speaking) English, and French would be an asset.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Comfort with public speaking and delivering educational seminars.
  • Strong relationship building capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with the Challenger Sales method
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Experience in a dental or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
