Manager of Client Services
About the Role:
The Manager of Client Services is integral to creating an engaged and active community that represents our Vision, Mission and Values. As the Manager of Client Services, you will establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with residents and staff. You will act as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and work with key stakeholders to ensure resident satisfaction. This is a unique, transitional role designed to evolve as our community grows.
Initially you will be primarily responsible for marketing, sales, and communication initiatives, driving occupancy and creating a vibrant, engaged community. You'll lead efforts to attract new residents, work with our management team to develop innovative sales strategies, and serve as the go-to person for inquiries and tours, fostering relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
As we grow, your role will expand into a more comprehensive client services capacity; you will serve as the primary contact for our residents and their families, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience in all non-care-related areas.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to influence both the initial and ongoing experience of our residents.
As the Manager of Client Services, you will be a part of the management team and will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety for our residents and staff, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments, you will help implement best practices and foster a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where residents and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive occupancy by developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
- Utilize Yardi for lead management, tracking inquiries and building relationships with prospective residents.
- Lead tours of our facility, guiding prospects through the sales process with a focus on trust-building and engagement.
- Work with Nursing Management to coordinate new resident assessments.
- Stay informed on competitive offerings and regularly update our pricing strategies.
- Partner with community organizations and participate in events to increase visibility of the Residence at Littledale.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process from inquiry through to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
- Serve as a supportive leader, fostering collaboration and empowering teams to deliver exceptional service to residents and their families.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and their families on all non-care-related concerns, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to address and resolve any issues that arise post-occupancy.
- Support ongoing improvements in the resident experience by continuously evaluating service delivery and resident feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client services, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect deeply with residents, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a strategic mindset for planning and execution.
- Positive, approachable attitude with a passion for working with seniors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with lead management software like Yardi.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Current Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check.
