Who you are:
You are an experienced Product Leader and are eager to take CIRA's Cybersecurity and DNS products to the next level. You have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, as well as a proven track record of developing successful products. As a natural leader, you take pride in developing product managers and ensuring cohesion and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
- In collaboration with the Vice President, Cybersecurity and DNS Services, define and articulate the product vision for CIRA's Cybersecurity and DNS suite of products and services.
- Lead a team of product managers to execute on the product strategies, including the development and enhancement of our Cybersecurity and DNS products and features; ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that our products are successfully launched and integrated into the market, and that the voice of the customer is heard.
- Act as a CIRA thought leader and ambassador for the Cybersecurity business, participating in media engagement, partnerships and more.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and understand trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Responsible for allocating budgets to drive growth, maximize profitability, and achieve desired outcomes.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience developing products in the SAAS space, with a focus on Cybersecurity, endpoint technology or networking.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including a bias to action and make decisions in a timely manner, to empower teams to collaborate and execute on roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills to champion CIRA's product development to our diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to create exceptional products that delight users.
