Role Overview The Chief AI Officer will lead the design and execution of Elevation Capital’s AI, data, and analytics strategy , translating complex technical initiatives into actionable business outcomes for the C-suite. This leader will work closely with the Director of Technology (systems and automations), portfolio executives, and partners to embed AI and advanced analytics across all business units. The CAIO will be responsible for building the enterprise’s intelligence layer — combining Microsoft Fabric, automation platforms, and AI frameworks to power decision‑making, forecasting, and operational optimization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute Elevation Capital’s AI and data strategy aligned with business objectives and investment priorities. Partner with executive leadership to translate AI and data insights into board-level narratives and decisions. Create an enterprise-wide AI roadmap that integrates governance, ethics, and measurable ROI. AI & Data Infrastructure Lead the architecture and scaling of Microsoft Fabric as the enterprise data backbone, integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, and unstructured data. Build frameworks for generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation across finance, operations, and commercial functions. Oversee data quality, lineage, and governance to ensure reliability across portfolio dashboards and reporting systems. Applied AI & Automation Embed LLM- and automation-driven intelligence into workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate decisions. Design operational AI use cases that improve forecasting, resource allocation, and market intelligence. Evaluate, pilot, and deploy emerging AI tools, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance. Communication & Enablement Translate complex AI initiatives into clear, outcome-oriented presentations for the C‑suite and board. Lead education and enablement programs that elevate data literacy and AI fluency across portfolio companies. Represent Elevation Capital’s AI capabilities in strategic discussions, partnerships, and industry collaborations. Who You Are Proven leader with 7+ years in AI, data strategy, or enterprise analytics, including leadership experience communicating at the executive level. Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, data architecture, and AI/ML integration into business workflows. Skilled translator between technology and business impact — able to communicate technical strategy clearly to non-technical executives. Experience in leading teams or initiatives that unify data and automation across multi-company or portfolio environments. Strategic thinker comfortable moving between hands‑on problem solving and high‑level business storytelling.
