If you have 10+ years of experience in Building Services, particularly in the healthcare sector, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career. What You Can Expect Competitive wages that recognize your expertise A strong benefits package to support you and your family Incentive compensation tied to company performance Learn more about what it’s like to work with us: Your Role Includes Reviewing and stamping mechanical projects of all complexities and sizes Directing design strategies and concepts on complex projects Leading audits, feasibility assessments, and investigations, and writing corresponding reports Conducting site visits, reviews, and construction phase services Supporting the continuous development of mechanical design standards and practices Mentoring intermediate and junior-level engineers and designers What You Bring to the Team Design experience with central plant systems, including hot water, steam, and chilled water systems Significant exposure to DDC control systems, including writing sequences of operations, specifications, and troubleshooting on-site control issues Extensive knowledge of codes and standards including CSA Z317 for healthcare Design experience across multiple industries which may include commercial, industrial, educational, multi-unit residential, healthcare, or government Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize, multitask and work well under deadlines A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share ideas with a track record of sound judgement and decision-making Professional engineering license in Ontario with 10+ years of design experience in the building construction industry and at least 5 years in Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
