What you can expect to do here Lead drainage design of moderate complexity using approaches such as the Rational Method. Collaborate with WSP’s hydraulics and hydrology specialists for larger and complex stormwater modeling (e.g., HEC-RAS). Support track and linear alignment teams with grading and utility design. Coordinate with structural engineers on grading that is integrated with walls, bridges, and transit facilities. Manage utility engineering related to protection and relocation of utilities within rail corridors. Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial standards across jurisdictions. Mentor team members, particularly Track & Civil Designers. What you’ll bring to WSP Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Willingness to obtain licensure in Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia. Experience in rail or highway engineering projects would be preferable.
