Monitor performance metrics (occupancy, financial results) to drive continuous improvement. Coach and develop General Managers in finance, people leadership, clinical operations, and sales. Ensure compliance with RHRA, MLTC, and all sector regulations. Foster a people-focused culture that supports talent development and embodies organizational values. Lead budgeting and strategic planning to support financial sustainability. Partner with teams to drive occupancy and promote lifestyle services across retirement and long-term care. Support labour relations and HR processes, including hiring, training, grievances, and retention. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sector partners to achieve shared goals. Possesses strong operational knowledge, including HR policies, fiscal management, and relevant sector regulations (e.g., FLTCA, RHRA). Education And Experience Requirement Post-secondary degree from a program that is a minimum of three (3) years in duration or post-secondary diploma in health or social services from a program that is a minimum of two (2) years in duration Have at least three (3) years of leadership experience in the health or social services sector or if in another sector, has completed a program in long-term care home administration, considered an asset.
