Responsibilities Manage Employees Lifecycle HR Operations tasks for assigned countries in the Americas region, including onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfers, benefit operation, global mobility, etc., according to HR SSC procedures/SOPs and SLAs with high accuracy. Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries related to the employee lifecycle via ticketing system (ServiceNow) as Level 2 Agent and promote Self Service articles as Level 1. Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQs and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions. Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. Up to 2 years’ HR operations experience; HR shared service supporting multiple countries is preferred. Prior experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday) and case management/ticketing tools (ServiceNow). Self-driven, conscientious, adaptable, and fast learner. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with international stakeholders and China HQ-based teammates is highly preferred. Work Type This is a 1-year contract position which can be renewed; there may be possibility of conversions depending on headcount at the given time.
