The Information Technology Services Branch drives modernization and efficiency through enterprise-wide technology strategies and transformation initiatives. We are seeking a visionary Executive Director, IT Services, to lead technology strategy, operations, and major transformation efforts aligned with government priorities. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance and Corporate Services, this role provides leadership and direction to support sustainable program delivery. The Executive Director will build a client-focused, high-performing culture while overseeing planning, execution and governance of technology initiatives. Responsibilities Set strategic direction for IT services and technology transformation Ensure secure and reliable IT operations across the ministry Lead large-scale transformation projects and support ministry-wide initiatives with strong governance and risk management Develop a high-performing team and advise senior leadership Manage vendor relationships and maintain quality assurance standards Apply knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, policy development and government decision-making Qualifications Senior IT leadership experience in a complex government or public sector environment Strong governance, financial management, and risk-management skills Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive innovation with measurable results Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field (preferred) Location & Details Location: Regina, SK Work location: On site Salary: $10,180 per month Terms of employment: Full time Start date: As soon as possible Source: SaskJobs # Benefits The ministry offers dynamic work, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and pension, vacation and SDOs, an inclusive environment, advancement opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.
