Field Service Representative - MR modality Join us as a Field Service Representative responsible for the execution of all service activities assigned via the Customer Care Centre, focusing on MR modalities. The role is based in the South Western Ontario Area. Responsibilities Perform installations, start‑ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision. Communicate and accept all operative direction from the Customer Care Service Center. Support the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all related activities. Escalate incidents to the Regional Support Center (RSC) according to defined parameters. Inform Customer Care Center on all escalation issues. Report any customer complaints with proper documentation to the Customer Care Centre. Ensure proper use of tools and test equipment and report usage in any related service report. Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as Siemens Healthcare technical and operational guidelines. Position may suit you best if Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrates ownership and accountability. Exceptional communication skills. Excellent planning, critical thinking and time‑management skills. Required Skills Technical training, usually a College Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical areas. Detailed product knowledge (certified). MR modality knowledge is an asset. Long‑term experience within medical services; regional languages and communication training. Communication capability, organizational capability. Valid driver’s licence and passport. Clearance to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions. Base Pay Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
