Field Service Representative
- Eastern Ontario
Come and join our global team as a **Field Service Representative (Lab Diagnostics)**working with our hospital diagnostic laboratory equipment, reporting to the Regional Service Manager, this role will execute all service activities assigned in an adequate and appropriate manner. This is a remote role, based in Eastern Ontario requiring extensive travel to support our customer needs.

As a **Field Service Representative (FSR)** you will be responsible for:

- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Lab Diagnostic equipment at customer sites with mínimal supervision.
- Delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
- Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
- Company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

- Biomedical Technology/Electronics or Electrical Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years technical field service experience needed
- Strong mechanical and technical ability and experience
- Solid computer skills with understanding of IT and Networking
- Consistent customer-centric mindset
- Organization, prioritization, and time management mastery
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have valid passport
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $60,900 - Max 110,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SIN) Criminal background checks, Immunizations and Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
