Join Amazon’s Operations team and help deliver millions of packages and smiles across Canada. As an Area Manager II , you’ll lead, support, and motivate hourly associates while maintaining Amazon’s high standards of safety, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction . This role is essential for ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location. In this position, you’ll work within Amazon’s First Mile, Middle Mile, or Last Mile workflows depending on the building, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvement. With Amazon opening new Fulfillment and Delivery sites every year, this is also an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth. About the Role: Area Manager II As an Area Manager II , you will oversee the performance of your assigned team, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved while fostering a positive, productive work environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Safety, Loss Prevention, HR, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to meet business goals and keep operations running smoothly.This hands‑on leadership role requires the ability to manage changing priorities, support employees on shift, and maintain Amazon’s commitment to operational excellence.
