As an Area Manager II, you’ll lead, support, and motivate hourly associates while maintaining Amazon’s high standards of safety, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. This role is essential for ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location.In this position, you’ll work within Amazon’s First Mile, Middle Mile, or Last Mile workflows depending on the building, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvement. With Amazon opening new Fulfillment and Delivery sites every year, this is also an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.About the Role: Area Manager IIAs an Area Manager II, you will oversee the performance of your assigned team, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
