About the Department Our Revenue Enablement department is the strategic engine that supports the entire Revenue organization. We provide the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support necessary for our teams to do their jobs effectively and meet their revenue goals. Our core services include Onboarding and Continuing Education, Communications, and Content Management and Creation. About the Role The Senior Enterprise Revenue Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our Enterprise‑focused Revenue teams (Sales and Customer Success) are equipped with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools necessary to achieve their revenue targets. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, the ideal candidate is passionate about adult learning, highly collaborative, and dedicated to designing and delivering world‑class enablement programs tailored for high‑performing enterprise professionals. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, comfortable managing projects, creative, and excited to solve problems. Training & Onboarding Leading and facilitating engaging onboarding sessions for new Enterprise sellers and Customer Success hires across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Designing and building comprehensive onboarding paths that emphasize on‑the‑job application exercises and measurable skill mastery. Supporting ongoing enablement programming for tenured Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams. Regularly reviewing, updating, and enhancing current training content and learning assets to reflect product changes, updates to learning paths, and new releases. Needs Analysis & Program Design Conducting thorough needs‑analysis sessions with Enterprise sales leadership to identify enablement priorities, clarify performance gaps, and define the strategic approach. Recommending, developing, and implementing scalable learning solutions to address identified knowledge and performance gaps across the Enterprise segment. Collaborating with Revenue Enablement, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams to ensure Enterprise representatives are expertly equipped with knowledge on necessary processes, tools/systems, and skills. Strategy & Events Partnering with the Director of Revenue Enablement, Analytics teams, and senior leadership to measure and report on the efficacy and success of key learning programs and enablement initiatives. Actively participating in and supporting the planning and execution of annual sales and customer success kick‑off events. Assisting and supporting revenue enablement initiatives as needed. Qualifications 2‑3 years of Sales Enablement or L&D experience 3‑5 years SaaS sales experience Experience in designing curricula and learning programs for sales and customer success teams Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management skills Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills A collaborative, creative, and accountable approach to partnership Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment A commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date on industry best practices Innovative mindset: passionate about creating world‑class enablement and learning programs, constantly seeking the “next best way” and never satisfied with the status quo A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI Bonus Points Experience in the legal sector Experience collaborating closely with sales and revenue enablement teams Total Rewards Competitive, equitable salary with top‑tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
