You'll ensure that every product that leaves our facilities meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic quality team, engage with our production processes, and collaborate with various departments to maintain our commitment to quality. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality assurance and control procedures. Leading and mentoring the quality team to ensure they are trained and empowered to uphold our quality standards. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Engaging with suppliers and customers to drive quality improvements and foster strong partnerships. Analysing quality data and presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions. Championing a quality-first mindset across all levels of the organization. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within the food industry, ideally in a production environment. Strong understanding of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and BRC standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions. Hands‑on experience with quality audits and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a keen eye for detail.
