Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to meet organizational goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership on financial performance. Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships effectively. Hire, mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Manager, Construction should have: Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the ICI space. Will be responsible for building out an internal construction team from scratch. Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
