Job Description

- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to meet organizational goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership on financial performance.

- Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships effectively.

- Hire, mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager, Construction should have:

- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the ICI space.

- Will be responsible for building out an internal construction team from scratch.

- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant project management and construction software tools.
