Senior Data Analyst – Guest Support Insights & Analytics Join lululemon to apply for the Senior Data Analyst – Guest Support Insights & Analytics role. About the Team The GEC Data analytics team supports all aspects of the Guest Education Center through data and advanced analysis, connecting data across the guest journey to enhance guest experience. Core Responsibilities Analyze & provide actionable insights on Guest Support performance for product teams and senior leaders. Creation and maintenance of ML models in our data lake (revenue, appeasement, interactions, etc.). Support product teams with analytics, A/B testing, and quantifying business impact, including financial implications. Create presentations, business commentary, and dashboards for GEC Operations & Technology partners. Perform financial modeling, simulations, sensitivity analysis, hypothesis creation and testing. Provide analytical support and tracking for financial forecasts for strategic initiatives within Guest Support. Consult on data warehouse integrations and collaborate with technical reporting cross‑functional partners. Share trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations with product and operational teams to optimize revenue and drive automation. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on large‑scale, high‑impact intake requests to identify reporting solutions and provide insights from GEC operational data. Build and analyze reports and dashboards to identify trends and results in employee information (LOAs, attrition, training effectiveness, etc.). Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an analytics‑focused role. Strong proficiency with SQL and Python. Power user of MS Excel & Power BI. Experience with Snowflake and Databricks is an asset. Experience with financial reporting is an asset. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and datacloud. Experience with data‑modeling principles and best practices. Proven ability to form clear business requirements for ambiguous questions. Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations for executive leadership. Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this position is $105,800–$138,800 annually, based on market location and experience. Eligible employees may receive a competitive bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness & yoga classes, parenthood top‑up, development courses, mentorship, and leadership series. Workplace Arrangement Hybrid. In‑person collaboration is required, with work performed onsite at least four days per week.
