Position Overview We are seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people find meaningful employment. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating placements and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and recruit candidates for various skilled trades and technical positions. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit. Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Write and post effective job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms. Manage and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate onboarding and documentation for successful placements. Assist with reference checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment priorities with client demand. Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency. Qualifications 1–3 years of recruitment experience (skilled trades or staffing agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
