What You Can Expect With Us Global project planning for the life cycle of EP/EPCM/EPC projects. Interactive planning sessions to establish performance measurement baseline. Create, adjust and evaluate resource load/leveling. Develop various schedule levels for the project and support the business development group during bidding. Perform critical path analysis to identify deliverable slack and constraints. Mentor junior and sub‑level staff. Manage client expectations and negotiate effectively with other team members. Coordinate planning team activities for task execution. Identify critical path impacts and propose mitigation solutions. Contribute to change management process improvement. Provide technical support and collaborate with PMs to ensure project schedule scenarios are satisfactorily developed. Define the WBS and generate the baseline schedule for engineering, procurement and construction activities. Prepare project trend analysis and proactively highlight cost and schedule impacts. Create staff assignment plans and track project hours to ensure resource availability. Ensure all project/disciplined risks are identified and logged. What You’ll Bring To WSP Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience as a planner in mining, oil & gas, heavy industry, electricity or similar large‑scale projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required). Engineer licence in a Canadian province (asset). Bilingual – English and French required. Strong knowledge of EAM principles. Flexible, multitask capable, detail oriented.
