You’ll travel across the region, collaborate with sales and service teams, and be a part of impactful field service projects. How You’ll Make an Impact Serve as the primary technical contact for transformer and HV breaker service projects Conduct on-site assessments and define scopes of work with customers Provide technical support on troubleshooting and testing of electrical components and controls Support oil processing and testing activities to ensure equipment reliability Collaborate with sales, tendering, and safety teams to deliver successful projects Provide technical support on field reports, quotes, and documentation with precision Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Your Background 10+ years of hands‑on experience with transformers and HV breakers 4+ years in a field crew leader or similar role High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with heavy equipment Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Salesforce Excellent communication and customer service skills Bilingual French and English Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada More About Us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
