Canada StackAdapt Full time

Join to apply for the Technical Product Manager role at StackAdapt StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI‑powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward‑thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high‑impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels. On StackAdapt’s Product team, you will build products that help our customers thrive. There is no “standard” day for a Product Manager at StackAdapt – every day will have its own set of interesting challenges. An extensive and thriving body of third‑party integrations is key to the success of StackAdapt. As a Technical Product Manager on the Integrations team, you will coordinate with teams across various areas within StackAdapt to help our customers connect their data into StackAdapt and then push it back out. You have experience shipping successful SaaS products and are obsessed with details. You have a bias for data‑informed decisions and creating clarity out of ambiguity. This role reports to the Director of Product. StackAdapt is a remote‑first company, and we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US or Canada for this position. What You’ll Be Doing Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities; translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision. Develop a short and long‑term vision for your portfolio, and strive to make 3rd‑party integrations a competitive differentiator for StackAdapt. Be hyper‑focused on every last detail, ensuring we’re always working on the most impactful feature. Deliver products end‑to‑end with a team of talented engineers and designers. Communicate precisely across the organization to ensure everyone who needs to be informed is at the correct time. Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customer‑facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear. What You’ll Bring to the Table Proven experience shipping products as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company (and can speak to their successes). Prior experience with advertising technologies (AdTech). Experience working with partnership teams, third parties, and APIs. Understand Product Management craft and theory. You can speak intelligently about Product Management practices and have the practical experience to back it up. You live in the weeds and can speak about how you can zoom in and out as needed to optimize our process as effectively as possible. Wearing multiple hats is second nature to you; one minute, you could be talking technical details on a ticket, and the next, you’re presenting your ideas to the Revenue team without skipping a beat. An in‑depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices. An in‑depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics. You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and focusing on the KPIs and metrics that matter. You understand what it means to lead by influence, not formal authority. Benefits Highly competitive salary Retirement/401K/Pension savings globally Competitive paid time‑off packages including birthday’s off Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform Health benefits from day one of employment Work from home reimbursements Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office and hubs in London and Toronto Robust training and onboarding program Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, books, etc.) Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning An awesome parental leave program A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture Our social and team events StackAdapt is a diverse and inclusive team of collaborative, hardworking individuals trying to make a dent in the universe. No matter who you are, where you are from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower) status, ethnicity, or the gender you identify with (if you’re comfortable, let us know your pronouns), you are welcome at StackAdapt. If you have any requests or requirements to support you throughout any part of the interview process, please let our Talent team know.
