We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with proven leadership capabilities to guide one of our engineering teams. This role balances hands‑on technical contribution (approximately 50% of your time) with team leadership and strategic direction. You'll be writing code alongside your team while setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring we deliver exceptional solutions that serve users worldwide. What you will do Technical contribution: Own features from beginning to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders Work with some of our world‑renowned customers to implement MapsIndoors solutions Contribute well‑tested, production‑ready code that creates the best possible experience for internal teams and external developers Champion web product quality, driving improvements in testing processes and architectural decisions Explore and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into our products where they add genuine value to user experience Leadership and team guidance: Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning Set technical direction and communicate the vision for our frontend ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product management, design, and operations Oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope Establish and maintain high standards through code reviews and best practices Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when needed We imagine you come with Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Web Development, or related field 5+ years of web development experience 1-2 years leading or mentoring technical teams Hands‑on experience with Web Components, CSS, SCSS Working knowledge of Angular and React Solid understanding of HTTP and REST interfaces Experience with Jest or similar test frameworks Proficiency with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) Practical experience using AI tools and LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in development workflows You should also have: Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure Excellent communication skills, comfortable translating technical requirements for various audiences A team‑first mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing Track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects Ability to balance independent work with collaborative problem‑solving What you get Innovative Environment : Be part of a forward‑thinking company that encourages innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
